Unauthorized purchase
Money was spent on an app, a subscription, or an in-app item without permission.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

- Find the receipt in the purchase history.
- Ask for a refund from Apple if the purchase is recent. Refunds are not guaranteed.
- Change the Screen Time passcode if the child knows it.
